A group of fugitives from the coltan mining industry in Burundi organize an anti-colonialist computer hacking collective in the country's hilltops. They plan to overthrow the totalitarian administration that is abusing the region's natural resources — as well as the people living there – from their base camp, which is located in an extraterrestrial e-waste dump. The wider divine circuitry is disrupted when a coltan miner on the run and a runaway intersex person find each other thanks to cosmic forces. Their meeting causes flaws in the circuitry of the divine.
