Damien Thorn (Sam Neill) has helped rescue the world out of a recession, appearing to be a harmless corporate benefactor. After he then becomes U.S. Ambassador to England, Damien meets a terrifying biblical prophecy. As an astronomical event brings about the second coming of Christ, he also faces his own potential death.
