In an initiative to stop a terrorist strike on Washington D.C., an elite squad of Navy SEALs led by Lt. Jake Harris (Scott Adkins) and a younger CIA analyst Zoe Anderson (Ashley Greene) have to fetch a detainee from a CIA black site island prison. Stress flare as Deputy Website Manager Jack Yorke (Ryan Phillippe) declines to launch the believed terrorist based entirely on Anderson's intel, but when the base comes under fire by waves of insurgents they need to unite to finish the mission.
