Vietnam veteran Billy Ray Lancing, a former CSA agent who now works on a wild life refuge from Northern Alaska, was occupying characters in a partnership with Irina Morawska, a girl in Poland that he's working out financially. When coming suddenly quit, Billy heads to Poland to determine why -- just to find that the orphanage which Irina was staying in, which is financed by frank -- and unsuspecting Samaritans, is a pay for a human trafficking network.
