His wife Kay drama critic Larry McKay, and their four sons go to a vintage house in the country in their Manhattan apartment. Larry continues to enjoy the theater and party spectacle of New York, while house-wife Kay settles into existence. Kay soon starts to wonder Larry's fidelity when he mentions that a flirtatious encounter.
