In the summer of1987, Phillip Filmore, a young naive teenager, develops a crush on Nicole Mallow, his new 30-something French housekeeper and sitter while his father is away on a "business" trip. In a blackmail scheme, Lester Lewis, the chauffeur of Mr. Filmore, hires Nicole to seduce the young man, and then lures her into a conspiracy to fake her own death in order to steal Phillip's trust fund.
