Within this fictional documentary, U.S. prisons are in power, and President Nixon declares a state of catastrophe. All prisoners, many of whom are attached to the antiwar movement, have given the choice of spending jail time three days in Punishment Park, where national government will hunt for sport them. The prisoners opt for the latter option, but know that, between the summer warmth and also the brutal police officers, their own chances of survival are slim.
