Rasputin a debauched and crazed monk wreaks havoc one night. As the bitter natives plan their resurrection, the Rasputin works his satanic power on the gorgeous women who serve in the palace of the Tsar. The Tsarina herself is evidenced by his evil ways and, since his sway begins to dominate government policy, there's only 1 path of action abandoned... to destroy him before he destroys all of them.
