Mark Kaminsky is pumped out from the FBI. He pops up as the sheriff of a tiny city in North Carolina. If Patrovina is taken down, FBI Chief Harry Shannon, whose son was murdered by a mobster called Patrovina, enlists Kaminsky at your own vendetta with a promise of reinstatement. To accomplish this, he needs to go undercover and combine the gang of Patrovina.
