Samantha Martin is harmed throughout a goal and is forced to relinquish the CIA. She discovers a mole within the CIA is dealing with terrorists to obtain chemical weapons set to be damaged by the U.S. Federal government. Incapable to contact the CIA, she develops a rag-tag group of fellow CIA cast-offs to quit the terrorists as well as reveal the rogue CIA agent.
