After an alien invasion threatens to annihilate the people, a young Japanese girl, named Milly (Anne Suzuki), journeys back in time from 2084 to October 2002, and enlists the reluctant aid of proficient Tokyo gunman, named Miyamoto (Takeshi Kaneshiro), to discover and block the beginning of the war. But, trouble ensues when both protagonists are made to handle a Japanese mafia boss, named Mizoguchi (Goro Kishitani), who's somehow engaged in the beginning of the war by keeping the very first alien spaceship and its own alien pilot captive, while both heroes race against the clock to discover a way to stop the oncoming destruction out of the vengeance-seeking mysterious invasion fleet on its way to Earth.
