When a gorgeous teacher arrives at a prep school, she soon attracts the attention of an ambitious teenager called Max, who promptly falls deeply in love with her. Max turns into 2 of his schoolmates' dad for advice on how best to ditch the instructor. The problem soon gets complicated once the new friend of Max becomes associated with her, putting the two pals against one another in a warfare to get her interest.
