Aubrey Anderson, a former cheerleader aged 21, auditions for the Los Angeles Renegades. She develops feelings for Wilson, the player. Brooke, a "Renegade Girl" and Wilson's ex-girlfriend, is discovered slain, and Wilson is apprehended. While the police indict Wilson, Aubrey maintains his innocence. Aubrey investigates various suspects, including the creepy janitor, the spiteful coach, and the jealous, competitive cheerleader.
