The first half of this film, place centuries back, shows how a man who became Santa Claus was given and preferred to send toys to the world's kiddies. The second half goes into the modern era, in which Patch strikes out on his own and drops in having an evil toy manufacturer who wants to corner the market and eradicate Santa Claus.
