An American by a Philosopher, Chris Kenner is a police officer assigned to the Little Tokyo section of Los Angeles. Kenner is partnered with Johnny Murata, '' a Japanese-American who's not in touch with his or her roots. Despite their differences, both men excel at fighting styles, and use their potent skills once they move up against Yoshida, a barbarous yakuza drug dealer with ties to the past of Kenner.
