Jang Su-ro lives in Korea's slums with his three boys963, Dog Nose, and So-and-So. So-and-loyalty So's to his mob boss and his family is tested when he learns that the mob's developers plan to demolish his family's home. Meanwhile, Jang's new girlfriend, Sun-yi, upsets Dog Nose and gets 963's attention.
