Fugitives of the Federation to his or her daring rescue of Spock from the doomed Genesis Globe , Admiral Kirk (William Shatner) and his team begin their journey home to face justice for his or her own actions. But since they close Earth, it is found by them at the mercy. In a desperate attempt Kirk and his team race back to the late twentieth century. But they find the planet they knew to become more alien than anything they have encountered in the far reaches of the galaxy!
