Terry Noonan returns home to New York's Hells Kitchen. He soon hooks up with youth pal Jackie who is involved in the mob run with his brother Frankie. Terry also rekindles an old flame with Jackie's sister Kathleen. However, Terry is torn between his loyalty to his loyalties and his buddies to other folks.
