After the events of the TV series, Yoko Godai,18, has reverted to her regular self and is studying for college entrance examinations. However, she unexpectedly runs upon a young man named Kazuo Hagiwara who is fleeing from a group of hitmen. Hattori, a former revolutionary, is aiming to turn students into terrorists to assist him stage a fascist coup d'etat in Japan.
