High school students Ryo, Aoi, and Tomoya met online. According to a folktale, a spirit girl known as the "summer ghost" arrives when fireworks are set off. Tomoya is unable to lead the life that he had planned for himself. Aoi struggles to find her place in the universe. Ryo's formerly bright future is abruptly ripped away. Each individual has to meet the summer ghost for a different purpose. Where will each of their emotions lead them when life and death cross paths on a June night?
