Michael, a slain high school student, has his brain implanted in an animatronic Tyrannosaurus by a malevolent scientist. He manages to flee, exacting retribution on his tormentors from high school, and reuniting with his sweetheart Tammy. The couple works together to avoid the crazy scientist and the cops while also trying to locate a better vessel for Michael's brain.
