James Parker and Harry Holt are looking for their elephant burial grounds that will offer ivory that is enough to make sure they are more rich within a trip in Africa. Parker daughter Jane arrives to join them. When his ape friends and Tarzan abduct her, jane is terrified, but when she returns to the expedition of her father she has second thoughts about leaving Tarzan.
