Throughout the build up to D-Day at 1944, the British found their island hosting a large number of American soldiers that have been"oversexed, overpaid, and over here". That's Charlie Madison. He knows all the angles to produce life as you can for themself and risk-free as smooth. But things become complicated when he falls for an English woman, along with his commanding officer breakdown leads to Charlie being delivered on a dangerous and senseless assignment.
