The Angry Guest is a direct sequel to Duel of Fists, in which two estranged brothers, Ti Lung and David Chiang, reunite in Bangkok and run afoul of the local mob after Ti Lung, a boxer, defeats the local favorite in the ring. The action in this film swings from Bangkok to Hong Kong to Japan and then back to Hong Kong as the brothers face off against a Japanese mob lead by crime boss Yamaguchi, played by the film's director, Chang Cheh, in a rare screen cameo.
