On a girls' night out, Hope Williams, a prominent emergency room physician, is forced to interact with a talented artist. He is everything her previous boyfriends were not, and because of this, he compels her to uncover a facet of herself that she had no idea was even possible. While Hope's personal life is heating up, her professional life is taking a turn for the worst when an abusive patient's spouse blames her for his reservations about their relationship.
