It's 1974 and everything has been lost by Sam Bicke. His wife leaves him along with his three children, he is fired by his boss , his brother turns off from him, and the bank will not give any money to start anew to him. He includes the President of the United States and tries to get a person to blame for his misfortunes who he intends to murder.
