British Ministry agent John Steed, under leadership from"Mother", investigates a diabolical plot by arch-villain Sir August de Wynter to rule out the entire world with his weather control system. Steed investigates the amazing Doctor Mrs. Emma Peel, the only real defendant, but simultaneously falls on her and joins forces with her to combat Sir August.
