Dr. Bill Cortner along with his fiancée, Jan Compton, are driving to his laboratory if they get into a horrible automobile crash. Compton is decapitated. But Cortner isn't fazed with this hurdle. His expertise is in transplants, and he's excited to perform the thoughts transplant. Keeping Compton's head the surgery is planned by Cortner. First he needs a human anatomy.
