When recently single Steven moves to his new flat, cable guy comes to hook up him --and will not release. Initially, Chip is overzealous in his desire to function as the pal of Steven, however when Steven tries to finish the'friendship', Chip shows his dark side. He begins stalking Steven, who is left to fend for himself because no one else could believe Chip's capable of such behavior.
