Oscar® nominee Samuel L. Jackson (Unbreakable, Shaft, Pulp Fiction) plays Romulus Ledbetter, a misunderstood musician who retreats to a New York City cave to escape personal issues. When Romulus discovers a young drifter's frozen body in a tree, the authorities, including his daughter (Aunjanne Ellis), insist it's an accident. Romulus believes the man was murdered by David Leppenraub (Colm Feore). The problem is that everyone believes he's mad.
