CW Briggs is a seasoned insurance investigator with a track record of accomplishment. Betty Ann Fitzgerald is a new employee at the company for which he works, and she is tasked with the responsibility of rearranging the workplace. They dislike one another - or so they believe. They travel to see Voltan, a magician who surreptitiously hypnotizes both of them, during a night out with the rest of the office staff.
