FBI representative Max Reed witnesses Dr. Tetsu Segawa - a research worker to the mysterious Chronos Corporation - being killed. Dr. Segawa had discharged an alien apparatus known as"The Guyver" in Chronos. College student Sean Barker, whose girlfriend father was Dr. Segawa, finds the Guyver's hiding spot when watching the forensic team investigating the crime scene.
