In this highly speculative historical thriller, Colonel Franz Ritter (George C. Scott), a former hero pilot currently working for military intelligence, is delegated to the great Hindenburg airship because its chief of security. As he races against the clock to find a possible saboteur he discovers any of crew and the passengers might possibly be at fault.
