Williamson plays a police officer called 'Soft drink Biscuit', whose companion was eliminated in a mystical murder. He is convinced that the murder was committed by his old enemy, Ivan Moss, played by Bo Svenson. Regardless of threats from the mob and from the police division, he vows to proceed his objective to find the individuals in charge of the assassination. Maud Adams plays his brand-new police woman partner, who falls for him during their investigations. 'Soda Cracker' also needs to handle the reality that many of the policeman on the team may be corrupt, as well as attempts to break down the criminal network whilst discovering evidence versus Ivan Moss.
