In another jean paul Belmondo vehicle that is standard, the French action protagonist performs a policeman more likely to advancing the reason behind justice by any means necessary. On his agenda is a highly effective drug cartel exercising of Paris and Marseilles, with a drug lord (Henry Silva) who's essentially inaccessible -- but perhaps not immortal. Stunts (performed by Belmondo) and chase scenes on land and water enliven the story, however, the scenes with Belmondo's love interest are somewhat marginal themselves.
