David Locke can be a world weary American writer who has been delivered to pay a conflict in Africa, but he makes very little progress with the narrative. When he discovers the body of a stranger who looks similar to him, Locke assumes the dead man's identity. But he finds out that the man had been an arms trader, leading Locke into dangerous situations. Aided by a gorgeous woman, Locke attempts in order to avoid both the police and offenders out to get him.
