Jeff, a teenage delinquent, is enrolled in a kenpo school by his father in the goal of teaching him self-discipline. Years later, one of the Korean mafia groups threatens Jeff's mentor, Kim. Jeff attempts to assist his old friend but arrives too late to prevent Kim's assassination by an unknown hitman. Jeff vows vengeance and uses his martial arts skills to track down the man who murdered his friend.
