When it is discovered that an ancient talking macaw named Mac knows the location of a buried treasure from its days with a pirate, the talking bird becomes the saving grace for an elderly man facing nursing home placement. His grandson decides to go on the hunt, only to discover that the treasure has been relocated to a resort.
