The Sea Inside is roughly Spaniard Ram-On Sampedro, who fought a 30-year effort to win the right to end his life. It's the narrative of Ram-On's relationships with two women: Julia a lawyer who supports his cause, and Rosa, a local woman that really needs to convince him that life is worth living.
