A spy is banished to Panama following a affair with an ambassador's mistress. There he makes experience of a community tailor with a past and relations to all the top political and gangster figures in Panama. The tailor also features a wife, who works to a massive debt and the president. The mission is to master everything the President intends to complete with the Canal.
