A chemical spill has resulted in Beverly Hills' residents to be forcibly evacuated. A retiring football player discovers that the gas emulating from the dip would be a false front for a heist set up by fired out police officers to plunder the town of its valuables. Among those key crooks in charge had only blown away, finding himself siding with a corrupt cop who was apart of the plan until he discovered that the city's mayor. Both without help in sight away from home. . .both need to do whatever they could to prevent these murderous looters.
