Biological warfare experiments have wiped out all but a few survivors of the human race. Eight students work feverishly in a lab alone to develop a vaccine before being forced to go outside in search of food. The surviving scientists then come across creatures that have been mutated by the plague. They are now preparing to face their greatest fear: The Terror Within.
