Prominent gang leader Cyrus calls a meeting of New York's gangs. At the meeting, Cyrus is killed by a pioneer, however, a Coney Island gang called the Warriors will be blamed for Cyrus' departure. Before you understand it, the cops and every gangbanger in the city is hot in the Warriors' trail.
