When a dirty stranger shows up in a small mountain town, a series of murders are done by some kind of animal. As the town doctor and his daughter try to help the stranger, the sheriff looks into the murders. They find a sinister experiment involving two rogue scientists, a car accident victim, his wife and children, and a serum that turns a man into a ravaging werewolf.
