Jayne takes us on a tour of her last world tour. She shows us around Rome, tells us a story about Roman athletes from her imagination, and then heads to Cannes. She goes to the nudist colony on the Isle of Levant, where she almost feels like she belongs. Then she goes to Paris, where Fernand Aubrey gives her a beauty treatment and she goes to some risqué dance revues. She goes to some topless clubs and listens to an all-girl pop band in New York and Los Angeles. The movie ends with some footage of her family in mourning taken after she died.
