After being released from jail for 14 bank robberies, on his first day, Lucas finds himself swept up in somebody else's robbery. Perry has opted to maintain the bank to raise money so he is able to continue to keep his daughter, Meg, and get her. A detective , dugan, supposes Lucas helped plan the prosecution, and Meg, Perry and Lucas become three fugitives.
