On its own final leg homeward, by Pearl Harbour (Hawaii) into north park, the USS Constellation hosts a jolly'tiger railway' for USNavy, Marines and USNAF family relations, chiefly minors ('Navy brats'). Emotions and attitudes differ from joy to receptive frustration, the hardest brat being the daughter Maddie, who wants him to deny a promotion to control for a shore job of XO commander Gary Dolan.
