Popular and running American singer Nick Rivers journeys to East Germany to play in a music festival. He finds himself caught up in an underground opposition movement when he loses his heart to the gorgeous Hillary Flammond. Rivers joins forces with Agent Cedric and also Flammond to attempt the rescue of her father, Dr. Paul, from the Germans, who have seized the scientist in hopes of committing him into building a brand new naval mine.
