When a car bomb pops on the other side of their U.S./Mexico border, Mexican drug enforcement agent Miguel Vargas begins his evaluation, together with American police captain Hank Quinlan. After Vargas begins to guess that Quinlan along with his partner, Menzies, are putting evidence to frame an innocent man, his investigations into their possible corruption put himself and his brand new bride in jeopardy.
