Pat, a young man from rural North Carolina, pays a visit to the clan of gypsy-like grifters (Irish Travellers) from whom he is descended. After being rejected at first, he is hired as an apprentice by his cousin Bokky. Pat picks up the game, while Bokky falls in love and wishes for a new life. Jeff Hole wrote the piece.
